Dexter Slinn leads the day-to-day operations as well as client acquisition of Tidepoint, and uses his unique background to drive new initiatives that grow the company community. After starting in architecture, he pivoted to production management to begin a path in the financial sector and now works in technical growth for a luxury womenswear brand as well as marketing for a medical AI software startup.

Hailing from Liberia, Elphena works to improve the lives and well-being of underserved communities through capacity building and community engagement. With a diverse background of experiences one of which includes working as a Pharmacy Technician for two years to founding a charity built for empowering the Liberian youth, she has gained valuable knowledge and experience in office administration, interpersonal management, and analytical writing. She is passionate about public health and social justice, and strives to make a positive impact on the lives of others. She holds a BA in Public Health and a minor in Religion in Society from Mercyhurst University.
